All order cancellations will be handled as per our Standard Cancellation Policy.
Cancellation by HMI Ayurveda:
Please note that there may be certain orders that we are unable to process and must cancel. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. Situations that may lead to order cancellation include non-serviceable pin codes, purchase quantity limitations, inaccuracies in product or pricing information, or issues identified by our credit and fraud detection team.
We may also require additional information or verification before confirming an order. If all or part of your order is canceled or if further details are needed, we will contact you accordingly.
Cancellation by Customer:
You can cancel your order before it is dispatched by sending us a message on our WhatsApp number: 7357728852. If your cancellation request is received before dispatch, we will refund the full amount.
If your order has already been shipped, please contact our Customer Support. The refund will be processed after deducting a convenience fee (minimum Rs.100, subject to increase depending on the order). The refund will be initiated once we receive the returned product(s).
