HMI Ayurveda offers a 24-hour replacement policy for customers who are not satisfied with the product or its results. To initiate a return or replacement, don’t hesitate to get in touch with our Customer Service Team via WhatsApp at 7357728852 with full details within 24 hours from the time of delivery.
A ‘Return’ is defined as the act of giving back a purchased item to HMI Ayurveda via our website. A return request can only be made when an incorrect item has been delivered. In such cases, we will promptly replace the wrong product with the correct one.
Wrong product delivered by HMI Ayurveda: Contact us within 24 hours of delivery. We will arrange a reverse pickup and ship a replacement or initiate a refund as per your preference. Please note, we are not liable for any interest payment on refunds.
Missing products from the order: Raise a request within 24 hours of delivery. After verification with our operations and packing teams, we will dispatch the missing item(s) promptly.
Order not accepted by the customer: If the customer refuses delivery or is unreachable, a refund will be issued after deducting a conveyance fee (minimum Rs. 100). If the actual charges exceed Rs. 100, we will inform you prior to processing the refund.
Incorrect address/contact details provided by the customer:
If the order is delivered to the wrong person due to incorrect details, HMI Ayurveda is not liable for any refund.
If the package returns to our warehouse, we will issue a refund after deducting the applicable conveyance fee (minimum Rs.100 or more, depending on the order).
Wrong item ordered by customer: We urge you to double-check your order before confirming. Due to the consumable and personal nature of our products, we do not accept returns for incorrectly ordered items. This helps us maintain product quality and hygiene for all our customers.
All returned products must be unused and returned in original packaging to the address provided by our Customer Service Team.
Refunds/replacements are processed only after the returned product is received and verified by our team.
