At HMI Ayurveda, we currently ship within India only. All domestic orders are dispatched through registered courier companies and/or India Post (Speed Post).
Shipping is free across India, unless stated otherwise on the product page or explicitly communicated by our customer care team before the order is dispatched.
Orders are typically shipped on the same or next working day, though in some cases, delivery may take 3 to 10 working days depending on the order volume, destination, and other external factors. The actual delivery timeframe is subject to courier service or postal regulations.
HMI Ayurveda is not responsible for any delays caused by courier companies or postal authorities. We commit to handing over all consignments to the shipping provider within 3 working days (typically within 1 business day of order confirmation and payment), unless a different delivery timeline was agreed upon during order confirmation.
All orders will be delivered to the shipping address provided by the buyer at the time of order placement. Please ensure the correct address and contact details are entered to avoid any delivery issues.
